Trent Olsen appeared in over a dozen gay porn scenes at two studios throughout 2019. The criminal who purchased the video is not identified in this case, but authorities are presumably in the process of prosecuting this individual. But last month, Olsen-whose legal name is Andrew Jemmett-withdrew his not guilty plea and instead pleaded guilty to one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor Child, which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison.
While Olsen was arrested in Nevada, the case was transferred to federal court representing the state where Olsen made the video, and he had been facing trial in the United States District Court of Idaho.
